37 weeks - Full Term Baby!!

We are officially full term.  Little Ms. Annabelle could come at any time now!!  Technically lungs aren't 100% developed until 38 weeks, but they consider you full term at 37 weeks.  So very exciting!  The doctor's appointment yesterday was good.  She is very quick in and out, which I hate because you wait all week to see them and then it's down to business and on to the next one.  I guess we don't need to sit in the room and look at each other, but just get so excited for the appointments.

We are at 1 centimeter dilated and 30% effaced.  Both numbers don't indicate anything really, other than my body is moving along...a good sign.  You can be nothing and then be in full blown labor the next day, or stay at the place for weeks, but the fact that I"m starting to move along is positive!  I was nothing last week, so made progress this past week.  My strep test was negative, her heart beat still strong and everything continued to look good.  I've had a lot more contractions this past week, so I'm hoping they continue.  I tried to imply induction, but she still avoids that topic.  I do know she is watching Annabelle's size to make sure she doesn't get too big on me. So we'll see next week.

We visited the hospital on Saturday and got to see where we are going to be delivering at.  I think it was comforting for both Andy and I to see the rooms and know where exactly to go.  Since we aren't familiar with this hospital it made us both feel much better!!  Things are moving along!  3 more weeks to go until we get to meet our little one!
