I have always heard once you put your baby in daycare they will come home with a snotty nose and that statement held true. Annabelle got her first cold the first week back. I think it was a combination of things, but we started to hear this cough from her. Of course being first time parents, we took her to the doctor to get her checked out. The tested her oxygen levels, listened to her lungs and said it was just a cold. I hate seeing her like this because I know it hurts to cough and it’s interrupting her sleep, which is never a good thing. Our incredible sleep schedule is slowing slipping away, as we are up every night coughing and can’t get back down. She has been coming in bed with us and sleeping upright on my chest which allows her to sleep and keeps her elevated. Poor baby girl.
